Hlalanathi Lodges - 25 North Drive Margate

To be blunt, the furniture in this hotel is straight out of the 80s. It's old, it's worn out, and it's just plain uncomfortable. I'm not sure what the hotel is trying to do, but it's definitely not making a good impression.

“I don’t even recommend anyone to book that place. It’s a nightmare”

I was really underwhelmed by this place. The staff seemed completely uninterested in doing their job - I had to ask multiple times for my room to be cleaned, and it still wasn't done after two whole days. The shower was basically unusable, and to top it all off, there wasn't even a fridge or microwave in the room.

“Noisey, dirty, the furniture is moldy, the mattress has blood stains”

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this place was basically perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was ideal. I mean, what more could you want? I guess I just got lucky, but I'd definitely stay here again.

“Bad very bad”

Honestly, I didn't find anything to like about this hotel. From the moment I walked in, everything seemed off - the staff was unfriendly, the rooms were dingy, and the whole place just felt run down. I'm not sure what the point of even staying here is.

“Done already”

To be honest, I didn't find a single thing to like about this hotel. The security was poor, the doors were old and creaky, and the shower was still under renovation. And to make matters worse, there was no microwave, no dishes, and no fridge in the room. I even had to wait in my car for a while because the staff wasn't paying attention to their schedule. Needless to say, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
