The location is good, but the AC didn’t work and the towels smelled like burning wood.

The hotel is well built, the room is spacious and comfortable, breakfast is very good with plenty of options, and the location is excellent. However, the building needs maintenance because it’s quite old, and the shower had good pressure but was lukewarm.

It’s the best place, close to everything, the food was great, and the staff were very helpful and nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay there.

Todo, la atención, la comida, la habitación: grande, organizada y limpia. Sus espacios, el restaurante, espectacular la vista. Con ganas de quedarme otra noche pero no podía por el vuelo a Cusco.
