“Lieu magique pour une nuit sur le lac Titicaca”
Even though it was cold, the bed had enough warm duvets; the meal was delicious and Nestor was very welcoming; the place is worth a visit for a night away from the city with an amazing view at dawn, and it’s easy to arrange last‑minute lake excursions with Nestor. Because we arrive by boat, we must be careful about the 19:00 check‑in deadline; the coordinator is unfortunately not very responsive on WhatsApp and only contacts you the next morning.
“Séjour dans les conditions locales !”
The location and the host’s dedication were truly available. There was no shower hose and the temperature was very low in the morning, but there were plenty of blankets.
The view is beautiful and the service is excellent, but we could only bathe in a tub—there was no shower, although hot water was available.
Everything was fine, the room was special, essential services were present, wifi was available, and the fish dinner was very good. Unfortunately, despite the distance from Puno, city noise is loud at night; if you want a quiet night, bring earplugs.
The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable, but propane heaters were in your room.
