There was no breakfast. The bed didn’t have enough sheets, and the room was very noisy with traffic.

The location is great, which is why I’ve stayed here a handful of times since 2018. However, there was a problem at check‑in and no staff were available on site. The WhatsApp line never answered calls and would take hours to respond to messages. We were given a key for a dirty room after being shown a clean one, and were told someone would bring towels but they never returned them. Overall, check‑in took hours to settle out and they expected us to stay on site until it was resolved. We won’t be coming back to Bemo Corner. Another traveler was sleeping on a bench in the main room when we arrived, saying he had a room but they wouldn’t answer his calls. It was after 11 pm and he was stuck with all of his bags in the lobby because of their lack of responsiveness and staffing. The place was empty of other travelers, and I wouldn’t have felt comfortable staying there on my own as I’ve done in the past.
