“Always wonderful. Totally recommend”
The staff and location were outstanding, though the lift had been out of order for months, a fault not attributable to the lovely staff.
The location was excellent and the staff polite, but the elevator and air conditioning were out of order; it was not a hot summer, so I managed.

The location was the best part of the hotel, breakfast was very good with coffee and omelets made to order, and the bed was comfortable, yet the lift was broken for all 5 days I was there, the shower head holder slid down the lowest level, the shower door leaked onto the floor, and the bathroom sink drain plug was broken.
The location was fine, but there was no lift and I stayed in the largest room, which made it impossible to move off the side of the bed that was against the wall.
