The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made checking in easy. Unfortunately the room had no air‑conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open and the street music drifted right in, making it pretty noisy.

The place was tidy and the employees were attentive, which I appreciated. On the downside, breakfast wasn’t included, there were no towels provided, the toilet paper ran out fast, and the fan in the room simply wouldn’t turn on.

The hotel was clean, the service was decent and the staff were courteous. The only drawback was that the location was a bit off the main attractions.

I liked that the rooms felt brand‑new, were spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. It’s not right in the city centre, but there are buses stopping right outside, so getting around wasn’t a big hassle.
