The website showed something completely different from what we got – nothing matched the description. They didn’t even provide towels and promised a service that simply didn’t exist. I’m still waiting on the invoice they said they'd send.

Cecilia went out of her way to help us with the diesel shortage back in Oruro, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The rooms, however, feel dated, cramped, and the window looks onto a hallway; the bathroom is old and barely works, even though the cleaning was solid.

The shower was excellent, the bed comfy, and the staff were attentive; everything stayed clean. The only downside was the harsh lighting that seeped into the ground‑floor rooms, and breakfast wasn’t a buffet so we couldn’t pick exactly what we wanted, though it was decent. It’s also a bit far from the bus terminal.
