How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel’s location and customer service were excellent, the shared facilities were fantastic, and the room felt cosy and homely. Checking out was straightforward and on‑road parking was easily accessible. The only downside was the limited selection of complimentary tea and coffee.

The location was great, the bedding was lovely and soft, and I appreciated the fan. However, the floor of our bedroom wasn’t level, so the bed was too; the feet were higher than the head, which is probably due to the age of the house.

The location was good, but the room felt small and cramped, and there were no drinks or other amenities available.

The room was lovely with a great view, and the location was convenient for nearby bars and restaurants. Parking was an extra charge and breakfast was not included, even though both were mentioned in the listing; this was a bit disappointing given the relatively high price. A few bottles of water would have been appreciated.

The location was good, just 10 minutes from the centre. The room advertised free toiletries, but only a small bar of soap was provided, so I had to purchase more.
