How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place itself was great, but the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge me $1393 for 23 days, even though the hotel had already received $1055. They were attempting to bill me $2448 for the month of October. I’ve stayed in hotels in San Antonio for a year and a half, and the most I’ve paid for a month is $1400. Highway robbery.

Their is no real breakfast but with many restaurants around it is not needed. We have been going to this place for 6 years and it has always been good. Place is clean, we always get the king room with 2 beds and its always spacious. The price and location its great for familys. Our last visit was overall 10/10. Place was pretty much empty, we had a quiet stay and pool was great all for us. We are a family of 6 and I would keep going for many more years. Their are some very minor things but are not noticeable. Place is clean, quiet, friendly and affordable

Bugs appeared as soon as I entered the room, and the carpet was soaking wet. Dirty socks from the previous guests were everywhere. Vinda from the front desk came to my room and blamed me for a broken bathroom door that was already broken. The room was practically falling apart, showing that the rooms aren’t inspected properly. It was a horrible, absolutely disgusting experience.
