I chose this place mainly for its location and price—half of what Louisville charges—but the bathroom was dirty and the sheets on the beds were inside out, as if they had just been flipped over, which was far below what I expected in terms of cleanliness.

The room was very clean, but the TV was broken and the desk staff couldn't fix it; they offered no alternative room, no TV replacement, and no discount, leaving me with a long night without television, and breakfast had very few options.
