“Bon accueil et fin de séjour (bagae) désagréable”
The place is close to the train station and the metro/tram/bus stop, and the reception is open all the time. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. We told one of the staff members that we would come to pick up our luggage at a certain time, but when we arrived at the door there was no response, and the same happened when we tried to call. After knocking on each apartment, someone finally opened the door. When we collected our luggage, we saw the employee on his phone in private conversation. It was a shame that this incident spoiled my rating.

Breakfast was awful—there was virtually nothing to choose from, just a packaged snack and four plain biscuits that looked like leftovers from another table, cramped into a 2 m² area with four tables glued together; on top of that the TV didn’t work, the brand‑new bathroom reeked of sewage, and I’d give the breakfast a zero.
A great hotel close to Termini station, with a solid dinner and a typical Italian breakfast; this was my fifth stay there and the staff member Stas was friendly and helpful, while the owner Miriam was fantastic.
