The place sits at almost 1600 m, right beside the chairlift, and the owners are super friendly—one even speaks Dutch! They brought our bags straight to the room. It was a pity the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; we’d have liked to dine there.

We spent just one night and loved the quiet setting and the host’s kindness. Breakfast was very full and generous, and we even got a discount on the lift—very nice. Arriving at night, the uphill drive was a bit nerve‑racking, but the downhill in daylight was simply gorgeous.

The hotel is beautifully designed with a spectacular view; the staff was very helpful and kind. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good quality and delicious.

The feeling was like being at the end of the world… very calm. The kids’ games were great, and the manager was kind. The only downside was the lack of nearby dining options if the restaurant closed; a small fridge in the room might have helped. Otherwise everything was perfect.
