I was really looking forward to staying in a superior king room with a window, but when we arrived, they told us they didn't have it available, which seemed absurd since it was supposedly part of our booking. The hotel's lack of transparency and communication made our stay feel less than ideal.

“Hidden Gem in Hanoi”

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, with amazing staff and a beautifully designed police station right next door. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and I was blown away by its cleanliness and hospitality, which far exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Hanoi. However, I did find it a bit challenging to order food, and I think they would benefit from updating their Google location so that food delivery services can find them.

The hotel was very clean and well-equipped, and its location near the Turtle Temple exhibition center was convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed with the small size of the standard room, which didn't quite live up to its price tag.

“Tốt”

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and its beautiful design, which surpassed that of many three-star hotels I've stayed in. However, on our first day, we were disappointed to find that they didn't provide two complimentary bottles of water, and the daytime noise from the staff and furniture rearrangement was a bit of a nuisance. Despite these issues, I felt that the hotel's value for money was acceptable.
