The room was cozy, but that day the water stopped early in the morning.

The room was clean and huge, but the person at the dining entrance was unhelpful; we had no dinner reservation, yet the front desk said we could pay to enter. When we went to dine, a rude and ill-mannered man told us the dining room was full and that it was impossible. Luckily a friendly bar girl gave us some fries and olives because nothing else was available, and we could at least have something to eat.

The place had plenty of space and a nice pool, but the balcony door wouldn’t open, the safe was broken, the TV only worked sporadically, and the curtains only shut on one side, among other issues.

The Deluxe room was spacious and spotless except for the terrace. The outdoor bar and restaurant were closed, and the staff lied to me at reception twice! I had to change rooms because the terrace doors wouldn’t open—apparently the cleaner knew about it. I was told the hotel was full and that the repair guy was at another hotel; I didn’t believe her, but she shrugged. I left and found available Deluxe rooms, then returned to the desk and she claimed there were only non‑Deluxe rooms. I pointed out the available rooms on my phone, and she finally found another Deluxe room—such terrible customer service. The dining room was packed with pensioners on a special deal, only a buffet was offered, and they were like locusts. The food quality was poor—dinner in a 4‑star hotel shouldn’t be just pasta, pizza, or sausages. Overall, very disappointing.
