The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and they gave great tips for local trips.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was great, and the beds were so comfortable—overall a great place in a great location.

Near the city centre, but the dishes offered on the roof top were disappointing.

It looked nice when you walk in and the view from the rooftop was nice, but the parking situation is a disaster: you have to park in an underground garage that is very expensive. They also moved me and my family to a disability room that had a disability bathroom, and there was no way to stop the water on the ground from flooding the bathroom; stepping out of the shower you couldn’t step anywhere that was dry, and the water then spread into the rest of the room. We tried to use towels as a barricade between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, but it was just such a mess, and the ADA shower faucets had no water pressure at all, so I didn’t even shower the next day and felt so gross. They never told me they moved me to this room; it was a surprise when I got in, and when I called the front desk to ask if there were any other rooms, they said the hotel was overpopulated. This was a very special weekend for my family and I, and I paid extra for a nice stay. On the second night someone apparently pooped in the rooftop pool, so we couldn’t swim or do anything, ruining the weekend. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something nice. Oh, and it was very hot in the room; the temperature always stayed at 74°F and you couldn’t get it colder.
