The experience was amazing, the staff were excellent, helpful, and incredibly polite (no exceptions), from the hotel team to the zip‑line instructors; everyone was courteous. I want to thank everyone for the hospitality; my family felt like they were at Grandma’s house ❤️ Aunt Selminha is a gem, and my son and niece were delighted (they’re teens, haha). The breakfast was tasty, the homemade food was delicious. We loved it! What a wonderful place for a good rest!! Thank you ❤️ The only downside was the cold water from the waterfall, haha.
