The hotel was pleasant, the pool was great, everything was spotless, and breakfast was very good. It also had nice workout facilities and an indoor pool. The hot tub shown in the picture was removed.
“Disappointed”
The location and it was clean. I book 2 rooms with queen beds. The beds were not queen. When I said something to the staff they didn’t act like they cared. I stayed here in this same motel a few months back and loved the rooms so I rebooked the same room but didn’t receive the same. The rooms were smaller and beds were not queen size
“Beds were comfortable and clean, shower water temperature cold. Staff friendly”
The room was acceptable, but it didn’t match the quality of other Hampden Inns we’ve stayed at; it clearly needs a remodel. We complained about lukewarm showers on day one, got hot water on day two, then back to lukewarm on day three, so the fixture was probably broken and very loose.
