The cleanliness was spot‑on and the hotel is perfectly situated, yet two curtain panels were missing, letting too much light spill into room 9 at night.

Posizione fantastica, camera e bagno ottimi, pulizia impeccabile. Ma la cosa migliore sono state le piccole accortezze (che poi così piccole non sono): bottiglietta d'acqua omaggio, tappi per orecchie gratuiti, e set bagno/camera completo. In aggiunta ci tengo a sottolineare la gentilezza e la cortesia dello staff: ci hanno offerto il frigo bar gratuitamente (per un leggero disguido, ma che non ha per nulla impattato il nostro soggiorno) e il giorno del checkout ci hanno concesso l'utilizzo della camera verso le 12 (dopo una corsa) perchè la signora delle pulizie non era ancora arrivata. Una disponibilità e una gentilezza apprezzatissime!
