The staff in the breakfast room were great—helpful and friendly, and the desk staff were just as welcoming. It would have been nice if beach chairs were available, and the fire alarms kept going off repeatedly.

The location was right on the beach. The breakfast left something to be desired; after staying at other HIExpress locations, I felt the selection was poor and the pancake maker was broken for the entire week we were there.
