“Buena ubicación, personal atento y habitación confortable. Falló el agua caliente el segundo día”
There was no hot water in the shower on the day of my departure.
There was a bit of noise when early‑morning guests checked out.
Everything was excellent.
“Muy básico y viejo”
The man who helped us at night understood our reservation problem and charged the correct amount, and he was the only good thing about the hotel; the place was very old and basic, no key card worked for the rooms, and the woman who received us at night tried to charge us for something unrelated, like double the amount that was due.
The staff were warm, the breakfast was excellent, and the price–quality ratio was good.
