How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The central beach location, comfortable beds, clean room, and well‑working air conditioning made the stay great; the room was practically on the beach. The bathroom needs renovation and lacks a wardrobe. The transfer service was disappointing, arriving 1.5 hours late.

The place is well‑located and the bed is comfortable. The back area of the hotel looks like a dump and smells awful. The bathrooms need renovation and also have a bad odor. It’s very expensive for the quality offered.

Only the location is a plus. Everything else is terrible: 1. No hygiene, 2. No wardrobe, 3. We had to shower at other hotels, 4. Wi‑Fi doesn’t work, 5. Air‑con noise, 6. We had to ask for soap and paper, 7. There’s an uncovered septic tank behind the hotel, and the clean water smells like a sewer.

The spot is great, right on the beach, and the restaurant is solid; the owners are friendly and helpful. The room, however, had serious hygiene and structural shortcomings for the price paid. The furnishings were incomplete—no shelves, no racks, no hangers—soap was basically nonexistent, and over four nights the towels never got changed. The biggest issue was the bathroom, with constant sewer smells and water that stank. It’s a shame because the welcome was excellent, but the room management is totally inadequate.
