The night staff were unprofessional and unaccommodating when we checked in, and later when we asked the lobby staff for customer questions, he kept his head down on his arms and never looked up, earning an 8.0/10.

The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and the rooms were spotless, but the room was tiny; five of us had to squeeze onto a single standard double bed for three people, and there were only three towels available.

Nothing special. The first room I got had a TV that was falling off its mount. The second room had a toilet that was fixed to the floor; the bowl actually rocked back and forth when you sat on it, which is very dangerous for elderly people. Also, the sink stopper didn’t work.
