The hotel is really nice and close to Siena’s old town by car. The bed was excellent and breakfast was indulgent.

The hotel is top notch, comfortable, with free parking, amazing breakfast, and close to all attractions. Staff, especially Vanessa at reception, was outstanding. Nothing else to mention.

“Spent a lot and denied our Bonvoy rewards.”

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good and plentiful. Because we booked through bookings.com we were denied our Bonvoy points; we’re platinum and very loyal to Marriott and paid Four Points on our credit card, so we expected full Bonvoy rewards. Our room rate was substantial and we should have earned our rewards.
