I had a terrible experience at Jakaranda guest house. When I got there, they told me the place was full and wouldn’t honor my booking even though I’d reserved it three days earlier. The staff were rude, seemed drunk, and suggested I sleep on the floor. They were unprofessional and it took more than three hours to receive a refund because they kept running me around. I would not recommend this place; they are utterly and disgustingly unprofessional.
