When I entered my room it wasn’t clean, smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, and there were even human feces in the toilet—completely unacceptable. The conditions made me feel uncomfortable and I couldn’t enjoy my stay; I expected a clean and safe room, but that was not my experience.

The building looked like it needed repairs; the carpet near the entrance was torn with holes, and there were chips in the tub and sink area.

When we arrived, the place had no power and stayed without electricity for days—no phone call, no notice. We had to scramble to find a room 50 miles away. Booking said they were unaware and won't refund until weeks later, even though we paid in advance. They also failed to inform us that we couldn't stay.

I feel they don’t value customers because there was no phone call about the power outages that had been happening for days! No room was available when we arrived, and no one informed us that they had had no power for 3–4 days. I’m 65 and was counting on this room, so we had to scramble to find a room 50 miles south!
