The reception staff are guest‑centric and the layout is imaginative, with a unique, cozy design. The only drawback is the 50‑meter walk from the sidewalk to the front desk.

This boutique hostel was one of my most amazing stays; I love the style, and the entrance through a wardrobe feels like a scene from The Chronicles of Narnia—just magical. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I’ll definitely return to Budapest and would gladly stay here again. The receptionist was also very kind and accommodating.

The place is pretty clean, comfortable, and has a pleasant style. The downside is that you can’t drop off items for laundry, which feels inconvenient and odd for a hostel where travelers often arrive in less-than‑fresh conditions; I had to wash things by hand in the shower.

The originality stands out, but the beds and pillows leave something to be desired.
