The rooftop, food, bed, and staff were fantastic, but the Wi‑Fi on the second floor could be better.

“Excellent location, but overpriced”

The location in De Waterkant is great, the staff is very nice, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and we enjoyed the terrace. The living room differs from the pictures: it has a basic rug and a much smaller sofa, which was disappointing. Breakfast feels repetitive, though we liked the scrambled eggs on the first morning. One bedroom has a lot of highway noise, and there are no efficient blackout curtains or better shutters.

A manager who really stands out handled everything; he parked our bicycles in the office downstairs. Breakfast was lovely, and the area feels safe. The Manu restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the guesthouse. I only wish each side of the bed had a small bedside stand or night table to keep coffee and a book handy.

“Klein, aber fein.”

sehr gute Lage, wir haben uns durchgehend sicher gefühlt. Netter Manager on duty, Willy. Schöne Ambiente, liebevoll eingerichtet. Wunderbare Dachterasse. Frühstück top. Man darf sich auch im „Wohnzimmer“ aufhalten. Dusche

“Great spot in the city.”

The manager was exceptional, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the location was really great, and we felt safe walking around and enjoying the restaurants in the area. Nothing to note; everything was great.
