The staff overcharged compared to the website rate and didn’t show us the rooms; they just handed us keys and let us pick between two. The toilets were stained, no blankets were provided, and the AC leaked water onto the pillows.

Nothing to like. The room always smelled of chlorine from bad detergents, the toilet was dirty, mosquitoes were everywhere, the bedsheets had hair from previous guests, and the place feels like a red‑light district.

It was a complete disappointment; everything was in bad shape. The bed wasn’t cleaned, the sheets were used, the ceiling was broken and hanging, the door lock failed, cockroaches were on the bed and in the cupboard, the AC looked creepy with exposed parts, the lift didn’t work, the mirror was broken and never replaced. When I called to complain and ask for a different room, they promised to check and call back but never did. I even tried multiple times to get a response, but they never answered or apologized. They gave me a third‑floor room that was inaccessible by stairs, so I gave up. Don’t waste your money here.
