The staff were adorable, courteous, and gave good recommendations, but the restaurant felt like it had no AC, so it was hot.

The room was repeatedly criticized, and the next one had mold, plus the bathroom and bedroom were problematic.

The location was good, yet the hotel refused to honor the rate we had booked and forced us to pay the walk‑in price of thb 1,000 per room; they said the hotel mainly serves Thai government officials, and foreigners only get the online rate, which wasn’t an option when we booked, though the Thai site did allow online payment. We accepted because we only stayed one night for a local appointment. Also, the hotel does not take credit cards; you must pay in cash or scan a debit card.

The building is old but the rooms are comfortable; however, the breakfast we booked was only leftovers at 8:30 am—no toast, no eggs, no juice, just cold fried rice, which was a terrible experience.
