The room was spacious with a balcony, but the mattress isn’t suitable for elderly guests.

“Horrible management. Clean rooms.”

The location and the space in our suite were nice, but the hotel only gives you one key. If I leave my wife and child in the room and go out in the evening, I’m stuck with two options: leave them without electricity or let a stranger or security guard open my room for me, which feels creepy that they can get into my room with my son and wife inside.
