The dining staff were outstanding, the meals were superb, the pool was fantastic, and the marquee room was a perfect way to relax. The location is also great for many activities. No complaints – the staff answered every request, organized everything we needed, so everything was smooth.

The setting was beautiful, the staff were very kind. We had to pay for hot chocolate for my kids even though breakfast was included, and the service was slow.

Breakfast was à la carte, staff were friendly. We could kayak or snorkel from the resort, but when we went out the wind was too strong for my taste. Kayaking all the way to one of the blue holes worked fine. Just be patient because service can be a bit slow, but that didn’t bother us. Our rooms were clean and tidy, had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the fire dance.

Great location and a lovely restaurant. The rooms could use a little TLC and maintenance.
