Kudos to the staff for helping me out with the self-checkin issues.
The breakfast selection was really good, with plenty of options to choose from.

“Spontan gebucht wegen Hotel Wechsel .”
Everything was really great.
The windows kept out the outside noise well, and the value for money was fair. Plenty of parking was available. However, the room smelled strongly of smoke when I entered; it only improved after prolonged ventilation. Because staff were only present in the mornings, I couldn't swap rooms for a smoke‑free one. The furnishings were a bit dated and there was no lift.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Check‑in was straightforward and quick.
“durchschnitt”
Breakfast was mediocre, but acceptable. The lack of an elevator was inconvenient. Mold appeared on the shower ceiling, and the public transport was far away.
“Unangenehm”
The location was fine, and there were parking spaces at the property. Convenient enough. The room’s (35) equipment was severely damaged. A hole in the bathroom door was patched with tape, which had already deteriorated and covered the hole poorly. Visible mold was on the shower cabin ceiling, indicating the ventilation was not working. The exhaust fan ran but didn't pull air out. The toilet seat was loose, the sink tap was wobbly, wall pictures above the bed fell off the frame, and the walls were scuffed. The room was truly shoddy. I have videos of the wobbling tap and toilet seat, but I can't upload them here. I told a front desk employee about the issues, but there was no real response or compensation offer.
