I arrived at night and they handled the check‑in quickly; the room was huge and the staff stayed on top of every message and question, making the whole experience flawless. I definitely recommend it.
“Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.”
The place was welcoming and clean.
“Breve ma accogliente”
The elegance and style.
The stay was perfect, the location is very convenient near the metro and the area is great; the rooms are beautiful and I felt like a princess! I will definitely come back.
“Deludente”
The room is large and close enough to the center. Check‑in was easy, and it was nice to have a jacuzzi and sauna in the room. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi only had cold water, the shower water was very scarce making it hard to wash, and we had ants in the room. The owner told us everything was fine and that the ants would be exterminated, apologized, but did not actually solve the problem.
