“Best place to stay in Payson”
For Payson, it’s the best place to stay. You can walk to restaurants (our favorite is always Fargos). It’s clean and comfortable. Nothing else to add.
The building, setting, location, and breakfast were all excellent.
“Horrible experience”
The location was fine, but the room was filthy and dark; the carpet was stained with dog urine and feces, and the room felt old and dim. It seemed the linens may not have been changed, but I’m not sure.
The location was good, but the room had a strange odor and there were stains on the carpet.
The hot water was very lukewarm; the shower water felt just warm.
