“Sehr zufrieden”
The location is central and everything is within walking distance, and I liked the overall cleanliness of the building. The only downside was the narrow stairs, which would be exhausting to climb with large luggage.

The room was spacious for me, but the streets around the hostel were cleaned too early in the morning.

The price is very cheap, but that's all there is. The house is hard to find even though it’s centrally located, the environment is very loud all night, which is fine for night owls, but the whole accommodation is quite messy. The real drawback is the staff: when I arrived, someone opened the door after I had called because the code on the key box didn’t work, and they said I hadn’t paid yet, so I paid in cash—no receipt was given. I was foolish not to check my emails on site, because just before arrival I had received a message that the room was already paid for with my credit card. After my stay I reported this over the phone (since the next morning no staff were in the building) and was assured the overpayment would be refunded immediately, but nothing happened. I wrote and called multiple times, and each time they said the money would come, but it never did, and eventually no one answered the phone. I can only say that such behavior has never happened to me at another accommodation.

I was thrilled to stay in the city center, but I spent a lot of time hunting for the address. The entrance number was tiny, and there was no sign on the building. Finding the key box with the code was a nightmare; I had to call and the lady finally came to open it and hand me the keys, causing a lot of anxiety and wasted time.

The location was really great, but it was extremely noisy because all rooms, including kitchens and bathrooms, shared the same stairwell. The lock on the room door was very difficult to open.
