Hotel Justyna, located in a tranquil area of Kraków, offers comfortable rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, a short drive or tram ride from the Old Town. The hotel features a restaurant serving traditional Polish dishes, a bar, and summer café with barbecue facilities. Fully equipped conference rooms and proximity to a park make it an ideal, restful retreat.

The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, the location good and quiet, but the breakfast was weak, the TV tiny with poor programming, and the price was high.

I liked the location best, but the receptionist’s attitude was off; he didn’t let me finish my sentence and immediately said nothing could be done, yet two minutes later he changed his mind. He gave me four stars (supposedly), and the breakfast was like that of a German motorway motel—nothing special. I paid 900 zł for two nights, and if you want to use the sauna you have to shell out another 100 zł. The nearby gym offers a “trial” entrance after registering on their website, letting you use all the hotel’s facilities for free, including the sauna. The hotel’s overall service and accessibility throughout the year felt underwhelming.

The location was fine, but the bed was hard—some people might like that—and the breakfast was ordinary for a price of 500 zł for one night for two people.

The location was great and the rooms were tidy, but the breakfast selection was very poor; we arrived an hour after service started and many items were missing, and they were still being delivered as we left.
