The location was very good and everything was easy to reach; the breakfast was sufficient, people were polite and sociable, and the staff tried to help; the bathroom and cleaning were average, the top bed was definitely very uncomfortable, and I struggled to share a 4‑person room with mixed genders.

The place was perfectly located, the staff were friendly, the common areas were comfortable, my room was clean and had a fridge, and the continental breakfast ran from 8‑10; I stayed in a private room with a great view of the CN Tower and a police officer was always parked on the corner, which made me feel extra safe—however, there was no elevator.
