I received a very clear description of how to get to the accommodation beforehand; although the front desk was unstaffed, I could get all the information I needed by phone at any time, and the apartment itself had all the necessary details and recommendations. Unlike other reviews, I never felt the surroundings were scary.

The view from the room was amazing and I was thrilled. The hotel is close to the station, faces a wide street, and is near restaurants and the harbor, making sightseeing convenient. A large road is right in front of the room, but it was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was clean and very comfortable to sleep on. Francesca was very courteous, explained everything clearly, and the self‑check‑in process went smoothly, which was reassuring. There was also water and sweets provided. It was truly a wonderful room, and I’m grateful for the chance to enjoy Genoa. I definitely want to stay here again whenever I visit Genoa. Thank you, Francesca.
