I could get to the hotel easily because a metro station is just 150 m away, and there are plenty of tasty spots nearby. The staff were friendly, but the other guests were a bit noisy, so I had to crank up my device to drown it out. They asked me to keep it down, which was funny.

The location works, with a metro station a few minutes away, but to reach most places in Delhi you end up hopping on the metro constantly. The website info was misleading: there’s no stovetop in the kitchen, the air‑con never works, and the windowless room feels suffocating. Every bed has a noisy fan that makes sleeping hard. The toilet is tiny, the shower is cramped inside it, there’s no toilet paper, and the sink is so small it’s hard to wash hands properly.
