The property is in a strategic location, close to both the city center and the sea. The staff are extremely kind and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good. There is nothing negative; everything was perfect.

The place is gorgeous; a few touch‑ups would be nice, but otherwise everything is amazing. Breakfast is supermarket‑style and the staff are fantastic ♥️.
Il personale della reception ci ha accolto con grande professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia. La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro, sul lungomare con una vista stupenda su Levanzo. Ha un parcheggio comodo per auto e moto. La colazione è varia e di qualità. Dolci e torte buonissime. Ottima l'accoglienza del personale all'ingresso della sala colazioni. Peccato che non venga più fatta sulla terrazza all'ultimo piano, la vista era spettacolare. Hanno detto che si tratta però solo di un problema temporaneo che verrà presto risolto. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era di dimensioni molto contenute e non disponeva di uno spazio esterno per stendere teli mare e costumi bagnati. Infatti non era presente neanche un piccolo stendino. Inoltre aveva una vista laterale su un complesso di appartamenti
Breakfast was good, especially the sweet side; the savory side was a bit lacking. The sea is just rocks in front; the beach is far away. The location is close to the center. A pool would be missing since there’s no nearby beach.

The building is very nice; a bit of maintenance in the bathrooms would help, as the plumbing is a little old, but otherwise everything is beautiful with an excellent, generous breakfast and the staff are friendly, courteous, and very cheerful ♥️♥️. See you next year.
