The location is central, but there is no elevator.
The staff were friendly and the location was great. Breakfast was at another hotel, but this is the best place to eat on the riverfront with a wonderful view. Check‑in was at a different hotel. The receptionist did not give clear information, so we had to ask a lot. Another employee was very polite and friendly; I heard all the important information he gave other guests during check‑in. The room had a strong kitchen smell from the restaurant on the first floor. The windows cannot be opened until the restaurant kitchen is closed.
The breakfast at Wilden Mann was excellent, but the rooms feel very basic and could use a renovation; the carpet is worn and the bathroom tiles are broken. Some rooms face the courtyard with a view of scaffolding and rubbish, and overall the rooms are overpriced.
The place is in the center, quiet, and everything is close by, but the shower is small.
The hotel’s spot was fantastic, but getting up to the third floor with all our luggage was a hassle since there’s no elevator. Inside, there’s no wardrobe either—just two shelves and a single clothes rack with a few hangers. The rooms feel a bit dated and the one we stayed in was very dark.
