The location and staff were good, but the bed linen and pillow covers looked dirty—supposed to be white, yet they were a brownish hue 😏, and the room’s soundproofing was terrible; you could hear everything from the neighboring room, every little noise 😩… I doubt the hotel will address this.

The room wasn’t clean, the service was poor, only soap was provided, and nothing else.

The staff were wonderful—helpful and kind—but the hotel overall was lacking. The rooms need attention; they’re very dated and look dirty, the towel edges are frayed, and the kettle in our room had a broken lid! These are not good impressions.
