Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Wilson who I tipped my hat to. Thank you, sir. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The location was top. The Mexican restaurant downstairs is awesome and offers a nice 10% off deal for hotel guests.

The location of the place is great, you step outside and are right in the middle of the bustling streets of Bangkok. There was visible, ongoing maintenance issues, and the cleaning of the rooms was just a six.

The location was great, the staff very friendly. We had noisy neighbors in the room, poor isolation, and couldn't sleep well.

The price is reasonable and the metro is just a 15‑minute walk away, but the hotel feels more like a two‑star place than the four stars advertised. The rooms are cramped, the windows won’t open, and everything looks rather old.

Nice location. Towels in wash room were old and not in good condition
