“Just perfect!”

From the moment we entered the coach & horses, we knew we’d booked the right place; the hospitality and welcome were excellent. We arrived a little early for check‑in, but the room was ready and the man at reception, who was very helpful, showed us the way. As we walked up a flight of stairs to our room, the scent from the diffusers was gorgeous, so much so that I bought one, along with several other toiletries of the same scent that were in our room. After a long day of traveling, we stopped by the bar before heading to dinner and found several locals chatting pleasantly; not once did anyone swear. They obviously know each other, and in this quaint village everyone is familiar, so every conversation was fun and humorous, creating a lovely atmosphere. The bar staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome during our brief stay there. The dinner was exceptional, and all the staff were very efficient. We slept like babies; the room was so comfortable and clean, with plenty of space. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. I couldn’t fault our stay if we tried! 🤗 Thank you to everyone involved!

Nice room and bathroom, but there was a lot of noise from the road directly below the room.
