“Overall good for an overnight stay”

The room was clean and large enough for me, my husband, and our two French bulldogs, and the pet‑friendly policy was nice; we were told there would be free breakfast, but none was available before 10 am, though free coffee was offered. It was a decent place for a two‑night stay in Hollywood. Parking cost $30 a night, which was annoying, and the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and scary, but we were glad our dogs might keep us safe. My husband tried to buy a water bottle from the vending machine, it was sold out and he didn’t get his money back; when he asked the front‑desk man, he acted as if my husband was lying, but eventually he returned the money.

“Agradable”

The location was good, 50 m from Boulevard Hollywood and 500 m from the Hollywood Highland metro station; the hotel was pleasant with renovated rooms, a coffee vending machine and free coffee in the lobby in the morning, and a microwave and ice maker were available in the lobby all day, but we missed a small fridge in the room for keeping things cold. The room rate was high for a two‑star motel, though hotel prices in Los Angeles are generally expensive; our flight left in the early morning and we had to pay for an extra night when we checked out six hours later, costing $40 more than the rate we had paid for the same room earlier.

Good Location clean rooms. Having to use your machine to check in when there’s people there who could do it for you
