They didn’t serve a cooked breakfast, but we knew that, and the room had a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, bread, butter, and jams; the bed was super comfy. It didn’t bother us since we were mostly out, but the lack of a TV is a nightmare if you have kids.

The room had everything needed for the stay, and having a parking spot right in front was appreciated; the bus to Brighton city centre was nearby.
