The staff greeted me warmly on arrival and we asked for extra pillows and blankets, but none were provided; she apologized and it was okay. The location was great and the price reasonable. However, the room was rough – most plaster was missing from the bathroom ceiling, the shower was lukewarm at best, and it was hard to shut off the shower 😂. Overall cleanliness was fine but the rooms feel kind of rough.

The location was great, but the internet was down the whole time, the ice machine was broken, towels weren’t clean and there weren’t enough washcloths. The staff lied about the internet and the pool wasn’t accessible.

The place is excellent, close to stores, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and Interstate 75, but the room wasn’t as clean as it usually is on past stays. The cleaning crew kept barging in with a key even though I had requested and been approved for a late checkout.
