The hotel sits a fair distance from Melbourne Convention Center, yet a tram ride takes about 25‑30 minutes one way, so it’s still a half‑hour commute; breakfast is included and tastes great, the room is spotless and features a private bathroom located on the opposite side of the corridor with a personal key—quite a surprise; however, staff aren’t available 24/7, so outside business hours it’s hard to check in or get help, especially for flight delays, so planning to check in during working hours is essential; a 24/7 staff presence would be a welcome improvement.
