The place feels modern, clean, and straightforward. Francesca greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. Our room came with a shared terrace that we used once for breakfast and again in the evening. It sits in a lively residential area, and walking a few minutes takes you to La Spezia’s historic center. There’s a small grocery shop on the ground floor and a Coop just around the corner.

We were a bit surprised that the room wasn’t in a hotel proper, but aside from that, it was a joy to arrive at a stunning, very clean, and well‑equipped room that felt like a grand hotel, complete with a pleasant scent lingering on the bath towels. Francesca welcomed us wonderfully and took great care of us; we recommend this place with great pleasure. The location is a little far from the center but very close to a train station, and all parking is paid and not easy to find.

We had a lovely stay here; the host was so kind, helpful, and responsive. The property was extremely clean and stocked with plenty of supplies (toiletries, snacks, coffee). It was super comfortable and suited us for a two‑week stay, plus the air conditioning was great and needed. It’s also super close to the train station, making it easy to reach Cinque Terre.
