“Prachtig uitzicht!”
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever needed. The view from the room and breakfast area is beautiful, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset there. Breakfast was so generous that it felt a bit excessive, yet still very tasty. We also took a tour of Kandy from the hotel, which we really enjoyed and highly recommend! The accommodation is a bit higher up the mountain, making it hard to reach. There’s a staircase next to the road so you don’t have to walk the entire slope. At the start of the road, three stray dogs bark and growl, which was unpleasant, but they ultimately did nothing.
The host was very friendly, guided us to the show, the breakfast was delicious and extensive, and the view of Horton’s Plain was gorgeous. Despite the kitchenette in the family room, there was no fridge. Breakfast was served in a very warm room.
“Parfait”
A stunning view from the terrace, hosts went out of their way to make us feel special, the dinner and breakfast were excellent and generous, and the tuk‑tuk to Kandy’s center was convenient – great value for the price.
The balcony offers a stunning view. The staff were kind and helpful. We arrived late in the afternoon and left the next morning, so there isn’t much more to add.
The mountain views were excellent, the room was spacious with a terrace, tidy and organized. We were welcomed with very friendly service. It’s close to the center and worth it.
